The repair process for each pair of rubber thru sole shoes is unique, however however for every repair we use Vibram eton studded Italian soles, gold tipped nails and stacked leather heel if required.
Our repair service also has three price levels, which are based on the worth of your pair of shoes. Please use the guide below, to see which level your shoes fit into (use the current manufacturer retail price for your shoes):
Level 1 - my shoes are priced at £500 or below
Level 2 - my shoes are priced between £501–£949
Level 3 - my shoes are priced at £950 and above

Our Terms & Conditions
Our only additional charge is for a hand rewelt, £75 for any shoe level. This is uncommon but if required you will be contact before any rewelt is completed.
If you book a repair where your shoes/boots don not fall in this category, we will contact you to advise and discuss
If we can't repair your shoes/boots for whatever reason we will call to explain why and return and refund
We cannot make your shoes brand new so please be advised that the patena (scuffs, scatches etc) will still be there
Please note that repaired shoes/boots will be sent back to you as a signed for and insured delivery - which will be included in repair cost. However you wish to send your shoes/boots to me is up to you
Please ensure that you complete the 'other comments' box at the point of ordering. Include things such as “scuff on right toe”
